Free Money isn't Free
A lot of people claim the banks print money "out of thin air," but in fact most money is created when loans are negotiated. When you buy a house on terms, that creates the principal value of your loan in new "dollars." Your house is collateral for a loan you must repay with interest.
It is important to note that the interest to repay the loan is not created. This causes a vacuum that must be immediately filled by the creation of more money or the whole shebang comes tumbling down.
More money must be lent to pay for what has already been lent. Ad infinitum at interest.
All that money creating is hard work at first, but after that it's as easy as cashing the monthly mortgage checks. How much do utility companies charge to maintain your account? Very little.
If someone doesn't pay up, the bank can take his house! We've seen a lot of this since 2008,
I believe the dollar would be an international treasure if created usury-free at real cost. The immense savings to borrowers would create a real economy for the first time since 1913.

Hello, Merka, how are you?
Greg Hunter interviews Michael Pento
Pento's prediction is that "real" interest rates (those we peons pay) will be dropping. Good news, if you aren't an "investor." Investing in usury is investing in death.
Here is my YouTube comment:
Objective future analysis by a certified usurer. Pento curiously thinks usury proper.
Yellen cannot raise rates because we have had a zombie economy since 2010.
All of her friends and relatives are (I believe) heavily invested in enterprises addicted to "free money." Cut off the free money and the world stops turning (for them.)
As for the serfs, let them pay the highest rates possible for what spills out of the trough. Let them fight over the bones like dogs. The system benefits the already rich.
Zero interest for the rich, zero empathy for the poor. Hello, Merka, how are you?
Allowing a private monopoly to create the public currency at interest is a mortal sin against the people. It is lawful genocide. The rich are literally killing off the poor. Do I even have to explain how they do it? There are so many ways the status quo benefits those who have money at the cost of those who do not have money. The evidence pervades.
How long can you tread water? With no job, the money runs out fast. Hope takes a little longer.

Can we all get along?
It really isn't black versus white, it is a class war. Even that is a misleading way of putting it. The 1% is a gross overestimation of the size of the offending parties. There are very old and rich families that own everything. These are your true enemies. These are the people that have put in place everything you despise. They operate the matrix. They run the whole show. They pay for it all via an Act of Congress. Guess what that means? Yes. They operate the government, too.

BULLOCKS
One of my three comments on this video.
How long will you REVOLVE, bankrupting the world via USURY and then pressing the RESET button so you can continue CHEATING one another until the credit runs out again?
I ask you to EVOLVE. Reject usury. End the vicious practice of artificially making money scarce in order to sell it as if it were a commodity. Look who owns the monopoly on money creation now, and how they have abused their god-like power.
Shall we destroy one corrupt world just to create another?
I'm calling BULLOCKS.

Three Things Needed ASAP
By my count there are three great problems in the world that are the primary sources of evil. What is evil? Well, it is certainly unfair. I would say evil is anything usurious – anything that seeks an unfair advantage. Any violation of an individual's rights is an evil trespass. Your individual rights end where my individual rights begin. Do not cross the line and all will be fine.
Unfortunately, individual rights are given the lowest priority by modern cultures. To the government you are just a number. Individuals, unless remarkable, are not remarkable. Any single person is statistically insignificant and even more insignificant if they have no money.
The first problem is the money itself, of course. I have written of this many, many times. Money must not be lent at interest. The best money would be a sovereign coin owned by the (sovereign) people themselves. The money to pay interest is never created, only the principal is loaned. Being forever short of money, the world scrambles to pay its bills – some people are consumed by their efforts.
The second obvious problem is that our legal system was designed by the same kind people who operate our economic system. There are two tiers to the rules – one for the chosen and another for the suckers. The rich legally steal endless wealth from the poor. A corrupt legal system makes this possible.
The current system regards anything as legal if not yet illegal. This allows enterprising criminals to get away with murder. To combat this, “lawmakers” make thousands and thousands of laws every year. You can't fill all the loopholes, folks. Their solution is always another law. Endless law.
Loopholes are not the worst of it, though. Ninety-nine percent of all laws in the United States are probably unconstitutional. Seriously, some draconian laws get passed. Laws, statutes and ordinances step all over everyone's rights in almost every case. Forget about Executive Orders.
Why not just go with one simple law that says the individual has rights that may not be violated? Any violation might be judged by our peers and the interloper punished in an appropriate manner. The vast majority of people know the difference between right and wrong. We don't need lawyers or mountains of legalese. Such tripe is the work of weasels working you to their advantage.
One beautiful side-effect of eliminating the various complicated laws is that the notion of incorporation would disappear as well. No more corporations. Corporations only exist to limit liability. Everyone should be liable for their own actions. Where does the right to limit liability come from? No more.
The third change we need to make is to learn to identify psychopathic people. These are the people that created the mess we are in today. Crazy people are running the place. The rest of us have allowed this because things have been like this for generations and we have been taught that this is just the way the world works. It is the way the world works, but the world could change if it would only think.
Think about the violence we see everywhere. Violence fueled by a lack of money or a need for more.
Short money buys a short fuse. Everyone suffers while the bankers watch debt accumulate. What has America gained from its national debt? What have we got left? Was selling our grandchildren worth it?

If I Were Greece
People are not countries, of course, but you can understand my confusion after the US Supreme Court ruled corporations are people. Countries are incorporated, after all. It's all very confusing.
However, if I were Greece, if I could make all of the decisions for an entire country, I would do for Greece exactly what I would do for the United States, given the chance.
First of all, the current system is so corrupt that absolutely every contract is in question. Add that to the fact that every contract ever written is likely agreed upon under duress by one side of the contract. The other side usually has the power of law enforce whatever “contract” they write. The world is unfair.
So, basically, nothing the Greeks have agreed to thus far has been fair to them. That should be a given.
Next, of course, the bankers aren't really loaning the Greeks anything at all. They are printing the money out of thin air (over here at the Federal Reserve) and charging interest on smoke and mirrors. Nobody's savings is being tapped, no German has yet to miss a meal for a Greek. Not one meal, yet.
Eventually, the bankers will hit the Euro nations for the Greek dinner bill plus interest. Not that the Greeks will get to eat, much. A few months respite is all they can hope for until the bankers return with more demands for more interest.
The Greeks are already so “austere” people are starving. This “bailout” just means more cuts for the people while Greek banks fix their balance sheets. Same as here, folks.
A deal under usury is never fair. Usury is interest. Interest is cheating. Are you understanding, yet?
Look, there have been books written on using other people's money (credit) to leverage your ideas but they only work for some people (or countries.) Overall, most people have to “lose” leverage because bankers insist upon being paid exorbitant fees (interest) for their trivial services. They create money against your collateral and credit. Collecting payments is the hardest part, but that's outsourced.
The money only they may create is how bankers shape their world. They own the courts, the educational system, the entertainment industry and nearly all of the top corporations. The same people sit on the boards of multiple companies. Their families now rule over ours by the right of compound interest. Money just multiplies money for these people – but someone has to foot the bill and that's us.
Everything these criminals do is not only legal, but moral and honest according to their beliefs.
Greece should just press RESET. All deals reopened to negotiation, interest free. All interest outlawed. Of course, the Drachma would work as a good name for interest-free units of exchange.
Really, Greece should just close their borders and trade amongst themselves in sovereign money. They showed us democracy thousands of years ago, perhaps the Greeks still have something to teach us.

Whereas Our Money is Worthless
Whereas Federal Reserve Notes are private scrip but US Dollars should be sovereign money.
Whereas the people are sovereign and so should equally share the right to create money at no interest.
Whereas if you pay a banker interest on your own credit then you're just a dumb ass.
We do hereby resolve to outlaw the taking of interest.
We further resolve to outlaw the Federal Reserve Act.
Only US Dollars issued from a Treasury Bank (on sufficient collateral, interest-free) will be legal tender for all debts public and private. Treasury Banks are government entities authorized to create money of thin air against available collateral. Loans will be for the remaining life of the collateral.
If you took a $100,000 loan from a federal bank at zero interest (validated by a government employee on full salary) for a new home, your payment would be $83.33 per month for 100 years (lifespan of a new home.) It is the control of your money that is bankrupting the world. Stop it. NOW.

More Math
P < P + I
The interest is never created.
Interest doubles the cost of virtually everything, only for the benefit of bankers.

American People Deserve American Money
The American public has lost a lot of respect around the world, but nothing they might do deserves the punishment they have received from the bankers. I am not speaking of the current crisis, but the whole of the impoverishment meted out since the coup of 1913.
It was upon a dark day in December, well after the westerners had boarded their trains for the holidays, that the old money bankers got their half of the politicians to vote in the Federal Reserve Act. The same year saw the passing of the 16th Amendment which of course created a new animal called a taxpayer.
Taxes and banks are directly related. Banks loan to governments and the people pay the interest (and more) through taxes. If you are a politician or a banker, it's a great system.
If you're some poor schmuck born in the ghetto, you will be living life at a serious disadvantage to the folks up in Kennebunkport. That's just the luck of the draw. There is nothing any of us can do about our starting position in life. After that, things get complicated.
You know where I'm going. Our circumstances often dictate our decisions. Choices are not always financially available to everyone. Public schools in poverty-stricken neighborhoods are not good.
You can complete the fire drill of problems America faces today for which there is “no money” to pay for the fixing of anything. Are we to watch our bridges fall down and our dams burst just so that we might make this month's payment to the financial wizards in Europe?
It's not like the Europeans know how to operate money. All but the money-lending nations are bankrupt. I sense a pattern. Can you still buy Swiss Francs? Most nations are too far in debt.
Anyone with any common sense understands how the current international economic situation is going to play out – everyone is going to demand to be paid whatever they are owed. No one wants to be stuck holding the bag. The debts are too large, anyway. There is not enough wealth to pay it all off.
P < P + I
Where P is principal and I is interest. The equation itself is our supposed economy.
Money is created whenever a loan is made from a bank. Say you borrow $100,000 to buy a house, P equals $100,000.
Notice that the interest owed on the loan is not created. The borrower will have to scurry for that.
When you take a bank loan for $100,000 that money is created out of thin air, but is backed by the existence of the house you are purchasing.
As long as a dollar is backed by a dollar's worth of wealth, then there is no change in the value of a dollar. This is a stable economy (a balanced equation.) You can think of this as:
P = P
Where things go wrong is when a dollar is created without a dollar of collateral. Charging interest on the creation of a dollar brings us back to where we live today:
P < P + I (imbalanced economy that can only spiral into bankruptcy.)
Federal Reserve Notes (what passes for “money” today) are created at interest, with the interest going to private bankers no one can identify. “Investors” they're called. Rich people who own everything.
The Sovereign right to coin money is long established in international law. We the People deserve our money back, don't we? Let's take it back and create it interest free as it should be. Outlaw interest.

Usury is Greed in Action
Usury means any violation of our human rights. Usury is cheating or “taking advantage” of others.
My rights end where your rights begin – and vice versa. When one of us violates the others rights, that is called usury. There is no place for usury in civilization. We must respect each others rights!
There are, of course, a number of moral arguments to eliminating usury. Ask your clergy about this.
Luke 6:31 outlines the Golden Rule. “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.”
This simple rule is a solid basis for a new society based upon fairness and respect for others.

My Beef with Doctor Ron Paul
If Dr. Paul were honest about serving the best interests of the American people, he would not have ignored the only known and documented solution to the worldwide debt crisis. Unlike most of you, Ron Paul (and President Obama) was offered the opportunity to endorse Mathematically Perfected Economy(TM) but chose to suppress the truth about how money really works.
Every President from Reagan onward has chosen to eat while you and I work. Anything that meets their criteria is OK by them. All of them, have chosen to continue a system that mainly benefits a very small number of people. In the United States, 400 people currently own more stuff than 150 million others.
Is it really possible that such a system is fair, or have we all been deceived?
Ron Paul has been engrossed in this deception for many years. Nothing has changed.
Dr. Paul thinks we'd all be better off if only we pay higher interest. Have you ever demanded to pay higher interest? I didn't think so. This, my friends, is the essence of excrement.
I am not the brightest bulb on the tree and neither is Ron Paul. If I can figure out the American people are getting the shaft from usurious bankers and he can't, then maybe I should run for President.
Anyway, I've decided to engage Stockton, CA in my spare time as part of #OccupyStockton.
More to come...

The Unraveling
UK Riots
This is the unraveling of "civilization" from the edges. Just as Somalia starves, so do the disenfranchised riot. Those with the least financial resources will succumb first. Don't blame them for going down swinging. Not understanding WHY you're being screwed doesn't change the experience. Will your government respect you in the morning? Google usury.
As more realize there is no realistic future within the current economic paradigm, they will strike out at whoever seems to possess whatever they covet. The deck is stacked against the poor and they instinctively know it. Taxing income instead of wealth is extra evil (governments owe citizens taxes.) Outlaw interest and only outlaws will charge interest.
The last two depressions ended with world-wide "booms." Ask a German for details.

Normal Distribution of Psychopaths
A normal distribution of empathy across the human population leads to about 2.3% psychopaths.
Another 13.6% or so will have psychopathic tendencies. That is one of six people actively “evil.”
Another 53.2% of the distribution will have more or less average empathy so that two thirds of the population are evil, aligned with evil or content to go along with an evil program.
Only one person in three really gives a shit about the other two.
Nazi Germany should be more understandable, now.

Real Virtual Slaves

Liu says he was one of scores of prisoners forced to play online games to build up credits that prison guards would then trade for real money. The 54-year-old, a former prison guard who was jailed for three years in 2004 for "illegally petitioning" the central government about corruption in his hometown, reckons the operation was even more lucrative than the physical labour that prisoners were also forced to do.
Read More: http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/may/25/china-prisoners-internet-gaming-scam
Mining cash from online games is a novel approach but of course what is described is simple slavery. After the inmates smashed rocks, they smashed goblins. If they didn't earn enough money per hour, they were tortured. Of course, it was all the actions of corrupt guards.
On the other hand, if these games are still paying off, what a godsend for the Texas Prison System. As if they need more money than what they get building defective body armor for the military.
Private prisons. Isn't that the same as keeping a 16 year old girl in a hole in your back yard?
No? Why not? What right does a private person have to imprison another human being? This is not an action that can be outsourced – it is a responsibility only government may bear.
Our nation is paying people to keep slaves. That is how I see it. Slave labor.
But the games are fun. With the depression and all, people will have themselves thrown in prison just to become a contestant on Death Wish 2012. Human fodder always drives big media.
What is the difference between the guards forcing the inmates to play online games and the prison forcing the inmates to carve chopsticks all day? Only the “authority” of the state.
Slave chopsticks good, slave Warcraft bad.

This video clearly illustrates the absolute power of our psychopathic rulers. We can never collect enough power to challenge them at their own sadistically violent game.
The change you seek is within yourselves They control through the money they print and the interest you allow them to charge for its use. Their power is the simple notion that you accept interest on money. Nothing else really matters to them. They rule through your greed.
Principal < Principal + Interest. Who prints interest?
